I've got a lot to show you, but before we start - here's some awesome guidelines!

- Take care of your bands! Do not leave them in the Sun or use for Heavy Lifting/Pull ups. I mean, you can always try at your own risk but too much tension may snap a band or two ;)

- When using on a fence - it's best to use a Carabiner Clip instead of tying the bands.

- Get creative! Have fun using the bands and make sure to Tag Us when you're in action!
